Please try to give the surgery at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
If you fail to attend three appointments or fail to give the surgery enough notice, this could lead to you being removed from our service.
As the G.P's appointments are only 10 minutes, our policy is one problem per appointment.
Prescription Policy
If your medication requires any form of monitoring, please make sure you are up to date when requesting your prescription. Being overdue a blood test or a review with the nurse could lead to your prescription not being issued. THE RESPONSIBILITY IS YOURS.
Prescriptions will be ready for collection, 72 hours from the time it is requested.
